VIRTUAL DESIGN SERVICES (DESIGN BOARDS)





  • Design Board services may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, the service cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.


  • The estimated time of delivery (ETD) per Design Board is 3 weeks from the time payment, questionnaire, and photos are received (not including revisions).


  • Once the Design Board has been delivered, the contract is considered fulfilled. Services are deemed rendered and non-refundable.


  • The Design Board is meant to be a realistic depiction of what the final product will look like. The client has 1 week to request revisions. The contractor will make reasonable adjustments and changes to fulfill the client’s original design need as discussed in the initial consultation at no charge.


  • The standard delivery for the Design Board will be made via email. If the client requests a hard copy (printed version sent by USPS) an additional charge of $25 will apply.


  • The client has 14 days from Design Board delivery to request a Space Plan and Shopping Index Combo for an additional charge of $75 without a new contract being established.


  • The client has the option of completing the suggested work themselves. If the client completes the Shopping / Installation themselves, the contractor will provide one (1) complimentary phone consultation (up to 30 minutes) to answer any additional questions. If additional time is requested (via phone, email, or text), the hourly rate of $75 will apply.


  • If the client hires the contractors to complete Shopping / Installation, the Terms and Conditions will be provided via the PayPal invoice for payment. Remitting payment shows client acceptance to the stated terms / conditions and will become part of this contract.


  • Due to the time sensitive nature of pricing and availability, procurement of items on the Shopping Index should be done within 14 days of Design Board delivery. Within that timeframe, if an item is not available or the price increases significantly, the contractor will suggest an alternative. Outside of 14 days, alternative sourcing will be billed at the hourly rate of $75.


  • If the client wants the contractor to perform any additional work, an hourly rate of $75 will apply. This rate applies to all preparation, planning, shopping, installation and labor.


  • If there are any additions or changes to this contract, contractor will issue an amendment or change order detailing the new information and any applicable fees for the client to approve.


  • The client is responsible for any color or style that is chosen. The contractor will help in the selection but assumes no responsibility for it. Certain products will show typical variances in color and grain, and the contractor takes no responsibility for that.


  • All information written on the invoice and endorsed by the contractor and client will become part of this contract. Any verbal information is not part of this contract.


I have read and understand the above terms and conditions for entering into contract Gregg Lewis Interiors, LLC. Any questions or concerns have been dealt with prior to signing this legally binding contract.
